ASHBURN, Va. -- Desiree Jennings thought it would be a good idea to get the seasonal flu shot. Her job offered incentives for it, and she didn't want to get sick.

Ten days after she got the shot at a Reston Safeway, she did get sick.

"I got flu-like symptoms -- nausea, vomiting, body aches, fever -- then was lethargic for a week and started blacking out," said Jennings, an AOL employee and Washington Redskins ambassador hoping to one day be a cheerleader for the team, the Loudoun Times-Mirror reported.

Doctors couldn't figure out why her ability to speak and walk were so adversely affected. She saw neurologists, physical therapists and psychologists.

The Foundation's Court complaint alleges that the government failed to follow its own rules and applicable legislation in rushing the vaccine approvals in the absence of any of the requisite minimum scientifically sound and appropriate testing for both safety and effectiveness as required by law since 1964.

Laibow, MD, and several NonGovernmental Organizations (NGOs) filed for an Emergency Injunction in the US District Court for the District of Columbia to prevent the distribution of what they believe are illegal, unnecessary and dangerous vaccines.

The case of Null et al. v FDA et al. [Docket No. expected Friday, October 9, 2009] challenges the legality of the September 15th, 2009 licensing of four vaccines prior to any safety testing for what the government calls a "novel flu virus with pandemic potential." Although the government states that none of the vaccines contain adjuvants, that is manifestly untrue since the injected vaccines contain aluminum, a toxic adjuvant, and Novartis told the Natural Solutions Foundation on that same day that their approved vaccine contains MF59, their proprietary squalen adjuvant. The purpose of an adjuvant is to irritate the immune system into greater production of antibodies than it would otherwise create in response to a smaller antigen dose. Antigens are the most costly part of a vaccine to manufacture. Therefore, despite the enormous dangers, vaccine manufacturers are eager to use adjuvants.

Adjuvants like squalene (also known as MF59, ASO 1, 2, 3 and 4) are highly toxic unapproved drugs in the US. The Novartis (approved) Swine Flu and GSK (awaiting approval) vaccines contain 1 million times more oil in water adjuvant (read, "squalene") than the devastatingly dangerous Vaccine A which caused the profound illness and death of so many previously healthy service men and women.

CASTANEDA CASE
The U.S. Supreme Court has decided to hear the Castaneda case, our lawsuit, over the medical neglect, penile amputation, and death of immigration detainee Francisco Castaneda.

The issue before the Court is whether public health service officials can be sued for damages for violating the Constitution (which has no caps on compensatory damages, allows punitive damages, and allows jury trials) or whether, no matter what these federal officials do, the people they injure or kill can only sue the U.S. government under the Federal Tort Claims Act (which borrows state damages caps, bars punitive damages, and allows only non-jury trials). The case is critically important to preserving our rights, the Constitution, and access to justice.

The defendants contend that, no matter how outrageously they acted, only the federal government can be sued -- for limited damages in a non-jury trial. The federal district court and the unanimous U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, however, REJECTED the defendants' claim of immunity and held that public health officials, like all other federal officials, MAY BE SUED for violating people's constitutional rights and held fully accountable in court.

U.S. District Court Judge Dean Pregerson rejected the defendants' immunity arguments as an "attempt to sidestep responsibility for what appears to be. . . one of the most, if not the most, egregious Eighth Amendment violations the Court has ever encountered." He wrote, "If [Castaneda's] evidence holds up, the conduct ...of Defendants is beyond cruel and unusual, ... transcends negligence by miles," and "should be taught to every law student as conduct for which the moniker 'cruel' is inadequate." Today, more than 23 vaccines are contaminated by the use of aborted fetal cells. There is no law that requires that consumers be informed that some vaccines are made using aborted fetal cells and contain residual aborted fetal DNA.

DNA from animals, insects, as well as aborted fetuses, can show up in vaccines and the effects are UNKNOWN.

The FDA requires a filtration method to be used during vaccine production that is designed to remove all cells before the final product is packaged, although the risk of the cells making their way into the final vaccine products REMAINS.

The probability that the swine flu shot will contain one million times the amount of squalene than caused Gulf War Syndrome is absolutely mind boggling. MF-59 contains squalene and is used to stretch vaccines, and since there may be 4.9 billion doses made, it is stated it may have to be used.

Squalene in vaccines has been strongly linked to the Gulf War Syndrome. On August 1991, Anthony Principi, Secretary of Veterans Affairs admitted that soldiers vaccinated with the anthrax vaccine from 1990 to 1991 had an increased risk of 200 percent in developing the deadly disease amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also called Lou Gehrigs disease. The soldiers also suffered from a number of debilitating and life-shortening diseases.

Too dangerous for human use, Squalene is not licensed for use in the United States OR FOR CHILDREN. Oil adjuvants like squalene have been ordinarily used to INFLICT diseases in animals for experimentation and study. According to anthrax vaccine expert Gary Matsumoto and other reliable sources, the US military used an unlicensed, experimental anthrax vaccination laced with squalene, with disastrous consequences, including Gulf War Sydrome.

Animal studies using this adjuvant have found them to be deadly. A study using 14 guinea pigs found that when they were injected with the special adjuvant, only one animal survived. A repeat of the study found the same deadly outcome

The second major component of MF-59 is called gp120, a glycoprotein. Researchers found when it was mixed with squalene, the glycoprotein became strongly antigenic and produced a powerful prolonged immune response. Their studies show that with each dose, the intense immune reaction lasts over a year.

The glycoprotein-gp120, a major component of MF-59 vaccine adjuvant, is the same protein fragment isolated from HIV the virus that is responsible for the rapid dementia seen in AIDS patients.

There is a problem with having aborted human fetal tissue in vaccines. Aborted human fetal tissue is in MMR vaccine, smallpox vaccine and others. The problem is we do NOT know the effect they have on human DNA. No independent, longterm research.

Neoplastic or cancer-causing cells are referred to as oncogenic_ and if tumors are formed when the cells are injected into experimental animals, the cell lines are beyond oncogenic; they are tumorigenic. Since 1998, the FDA and its subdivision, the Centers for Biological Evaluation and Research CBER, have been drafting regulations to allow use of both oncogenic and tumorigenic cell lines to be used in vaccine production.

The use of immortalized, neoplastic human cells from aborted fetuses to make vaccine raises concerns with regard to Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathy, a group of rare degenerative brain disorders characterized by tiny holes in the brain tissues. In cows, it is called Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, mad cow disease._ In a study published in 2004, researchers found that ANY cell line could potentially support the propagation of TSE agents.

In the 1990`s UN`s World Health Organization launched a campaign to millions of women in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines between the ages of 15 and 45. The stated purpose was to PROTECT against Tetanus or Lockjaw, a painful sometimes lethal infectious reaction to external wounds/cuts. However, the vaccine was NOT given to men/ boys, more prone to wounds from cuts/rusty nails than the ladies.

Noticing this anomaly, Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, Roman Catholic lay organization became suspicious and had the samples tested. The tests revealed that the WHO Tetanus vaccine used to inoculate women of child bearing age contained human Chorionic Gonadotrophin or hCG, a natural hormone secreted in the initial stages of pregnancy, but when combined with a tetanus toxoid carrier stimulated antibodies rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy. None of the women were told.

In 1995, Catholic Women`s League of the Philippines won a court order halting a UNICEF anti-tetanus program because the vaccine had been LACED with B-hCG. The Supreme Court of the Philippines found the surreptitious sterilization program had already vaccinated three million women, aged 12 to 45. B-hCG-laced vaccine was also found in at least four other developing countries. Just to prove their point in the Philippine high court, hCG was found in blood samples from some of the vaccinated women. None of the women were pregnant. It is impossible for a woman to have the hormone hCG unless she is pregnant, unless of course, it was injected along with a carrier.

The hCG hormone mixed with tetanus toxoid is not the only means of surreptitious sterility vaccination. A 2004 UNICEF campaign to vaccinate Nigerians with oral polio vaccine appears to have been a front for sterilization efforts on the Nigerian population. Dr. Haruna Kaita, a pharmaceutical scientist and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, took samples of the vaccine to labs in India for analysis. Using state of the art analysis technologies in the India lab, Dr. Kaita and the Indian scientists found their discoveries hard to believe at first. Some of the things we discovered in the vaccines are harmful, toxic; some have direct effects on the human reproductive system,_ said Dr. Kaita.

First H1N1 vaccine doses headed to states, cities

Oct 1, 2009 (CIDRAP News) – The first 600,000 doses of pandemic H1N1 vaccine—all of them the nasal-spray formulation—are on their way to 25 states and major cities and should arrive by Tuesday, Oct 6, matching earlier predictions, federal health officials said today.

"We are transitioning from the planning to the implementation phase" of the H1N1 vaccination effort, Dr. Anne Schuchat of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said at a news briefing.

States and large cities began placing orders for vaccine yesterday, said Schuchat, who is director of the CDC's National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases. She didn't name the states or cities, but urban areas that work directly with the CDC program are Washington, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles County.

"Vaccine ordered yesterday should be arriving out to the sites by Tuesday," she said. "We're really pleased that this is starting, and it's earlier than we were planning."

In response to a question about when the doses will become available, Schuchat said, "There's a good chance they'll be available later next week in a lot of the sites."

CDC officials have been predicting that the earliest doses would reach providers in early October. CDC Director Thomas Frieden said last week that the first doses could reach providers as early as Oct 6.

Schuchat said that—as predicted previously—all of the earliest doses will be the live-virus nasal-spray vaccine, which is made by MedImmune. Like the company's seasonal vaccine, FluMist, it is approved for healthy people aged 2 through 49 years, but not for pregnant women or people with chronic conditions that raise their risk for flu complications........

CDC Drafts “Isolation Order” for H1N1

The following draft of an “isolation order” was discovered on the CDC’s website. It is a template for state and local officials to impose quarantines and what would effectively be martial law.

“Your illness [as determined by state and local officials] requires that you be isolated and requires further public health investigation and monitoring.”

Failure to obey will result in imprisonment without bail prior to trial and the possibility of a two year prison term.

In other words, according to this document, officials can impose quarantine without evidence that somebody is actually infected with a virus that is now negligible at best. It may also be used to quarantine potentially millions of people suffering from any number of illnesses — or not suffering from any disease at the discretion of the state — that have nothing to do with H1N1. It is basically a carte blanche for martial law under the cover of protecting the public from a communicable disease that is demonstrably a manufactured and weaponized threat.

(vactruth.com) Trials for the experimental H1N1 Swine flu vaccine commence Tuesday, September 15th in Thornton, Colorado. Novartis, a bio-pharmaceutical company that manufactures the vaccine, is recommending that children participating in the trial receive two doses of an experimental vaccine which contain ingredients found in spermicides, cleaners, and cosmetics along with thimerosal and squalene (MF59). Everyone should have a sense of concern as the only safety checks for these children are a few blood draws and follow-up phone calls. No neurological testing. No kidding.

Official opinions from federal agencies, such as the CDC, insist that the new vaccine will be safe and effective. Experts say we can trust the new H1N1 experimental vaccine because the technology used to create the vaccine is time tested. Experts argue that the only variable changing from the ‘normal’ flu vaccine and the H1N1 experimental vaccine is the novel A/H1N1 antigen. In other words, the same vaccine ‘technology’ is used but with the new virus.

However, this is the furthest thing from the actual TRUTH. As will be demonstrated, the following information was obtained through enrolling a family member into the study to gain an understanding as to what the ingredients would be. After finding out the the information I am about to share, enrollment in this trial has been canceled.

SETTING THE STAGE ON SAFETY AND SQUALENE (MF59)

I met with the research coordinator for the study along with Dr. Melamed, an immunologist conducting the study. Dr. Melamed altruistically shared his knowledge answering questions concerning immunology and the technology behind the vaccine while remaining evasive on questions of what was in the vaccine and legal ramifications if harm was done. Dr. Melamed reassured me several times that the experimental H1N1 vaccine was created just like past vaccines and that the technology was well established.

Requests for package inserts for the ingredients of the experimental H1N1 vaccine were denied on the grounds that this was a study and that information is privileged. However, we can still piece together some of the ingredients based upon the parental consent form.

“MF59 is an adjuvant which is used in influenza vaccines licensed for the adults and/or elderly in many countries worldwide, but it is not contained in any vaccines currently approved in the United States.” (page 2)

Isn’t it interesting that the study states it is licensed for adults and elderly? This study is designed for children between the ages of 3 and 8 and they plan on shooting up newborns and pregnant women with this stuff? Buyer beware.

"On first blush, squalene seems like a good choice for an adjuvant. Manufactured naturally in the liver, squalene is a precursor for cholesterol. In addition, squalene can be purchased at health food stores in its more commonly known form, “shark liver oil.” However, ingested squalene has a completely different effect on the body than injected squalene. When molecules of squalene enter the body through an injection, even at concentrations as small as 10 to 20 parts per billion, it can lead to self-destructive immune responses, such as autoimmune arthritis and lupus.

Several mechanisms have been proposed to explain this reaction. Metabolically, squalene stimulates an immune response excessively and nonspecifically. More than two dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers from ten different laboratories throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia have been published documenting the development of autoimmune disease in animals subjected to squalene-based adjuvants. A convincing proposal for why this occurs includes the concept of “molecular mimicry” in which an antibody created against the squalene in MF59 can cross react with the body’s squalene on the surface of human cells. “Carcinogenicity, we (Dr. Deborah Novicki of Novartis, another pharmaceutical company) have done no testing for the carcinogenicity of MF59 adjuvant or any of our preventive vaccines. We haven’t done it and we don’t plan to.”

This information is found on a workshop on adjuvants and adjuvanted preventative and therapeutic vaccines hosted by the FDA. This gem of a quote is on page 391.

A private security force whose biggest role is helping the U.S. government to “combat terrorism” is now patrolling the streets of a town in Montana, acting as law enforcement but accountable to nobody and operating completely outside the limitations of the U.S. constitution in a chilling throwback to the brownshirts of Nazi Germany.

The American Police Force organization is a paramilitary unit that “provides surveillance, investigative, and military services across the world,” according to its website, which shows men dressed in military fatigues carrying machine guns.

“As part of our mission, APF plays a critical role in helping the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs. Within the last 5 years the United States has been far and away our #1 client. Technologies, programs, and services performed by APF have played a very important role in U.S. military and civilian efforts to protect our homeland and combat terrorism,” the website states.

APF were originally contracted to provide security at a previously empty jail in Hardin, a small town in Montana, but are now patrolling the streets driving SUV’s with “Police Department” printed on them despite the fact that Hardin doesn’t have a police department. American Police Force has no jurisdiction in the area because it is a private organization, not a police force.

According to Two Rivers Authority officials, having the private security force patrol the streets was not part of the contract. “I have no idea. I really don’t because that’s not been a part of any of the discussions we’ve had with any of them,” Two Rivers Authority’s Al Peterson told KULR 8 News. Peterson said that patrolling the streets was on the “wishlist” of APF’s what Captain Michael.

The American Police Force is a shady outfit shrouded in suspicion. According to an Associated Press report, questions over the legitimacy of the organization abound.

“Government contract databases show no record of the company. Security industry representatives and federal officials said they had never heard of it. On its Web site, the company lists as its headquarters a building in Washington near the White House that holds “virtual offices.” A spokeswoman for the building said American Police Force never completed its application to use the address,” reports AP.

Furthermore, APF was tasked with filling the empty Hardin jail with inmates, without any clear indication of where those prisoners would come from.

“It’s unclear where the company will get the inmates for the jail. Montana says it’s not sending inmates to the jail, and neither are federal officials in the state,” according to the report.

Maybe the inmates will be the local population of Hardin if American Police Force is allowed to continue to pose as a law enforcement outfit in the town, which is exactly what they intend to do for at least another month.

Having a private security force whose stated mission is to help the U.S. government “combat terrorism” patrol the streets of small towns in America without even having the authority to do so from local authorities is obviously a frightening pretext and harks back to the private paramilitary forces that helped Adolf Hitler rise to power in Nazi Germany.

Many fear that if martial law is declared in response to a flu pandemic or other emergency, private security forces such as APF will be used by the government to oppress citizens by operating outside of the law.

This is completely unconstitutional and a flagrant threat to the liberty and security of the population of Hardin The County Sheriff is effectively breaking the law if he doesn’t immediately kick APF out of the area and end the occupation of the town by a private paramilitary army.

According to that package insert, the vaccine (based on an earlier vaccine product known as Fluvirin) is known to cause a whole host of very nasty side effects such as guillain-barre syndrome, vasculitis, anaphylactic shock and even death.

The testimony of a woman who claimed she was part of a military drill in California centered around setting up roadblocks to check if people had received the H1N1 vaccine has potentially been validated with another report of a swine flu checkpoint near San Diego.

Earlier this month we reported on the You Tube video of a woman who claimed to have taken part in an Army exercise which involved setting up roadblocks and checkpoints so authorities could check who has received the swine flu vaccine. Those who have had the shots will be fitted with an RFID bracelet so they can be tracked. Those who have not taken the shot will be offered it there and then and if they still refuse, will be carted off to an internment camp, according to the woman.

Former Kansas state trooper Greg Evensen spoke of similar checkpoints recently, when he told an audience in West Virginia that preparations to enforce mandated vaccinations were being focused around preventing those who haven’t had the shot from traveling.

“I have been told by state troopers across the country that there are plans ready to be implemented that would include roadblocks and choke points as we call them, major interstate junctions around major cities and so forth where the greatest number of people can be held until they prove their vaccination by papers,” Evenson said, adding that permanent RFID bracelets would then be used to identify those who had taken the shot.

“I have been told that the plans would include buses standing by for people at roadblocks that refuse to take the inoculation,” added Evenson, saying that such refusniks would then be taken to military bases and imprisoned.

“Get your shot or get on the bus, that’s what’s coming,” warned Evenson.

Authorities in Boston have already trialed RFID bracelet technology, with the purpose of creating a “vaccination map” charting which people have taken the vaccine and which have not, or “creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination,” as a Boston Globe article describes.

Participants were given a bracelet with a unique identifier code, exactly as described in the You Tube clip of the woman’s testimony.

We have now received yet another report of a roadblock staffed by armed military personnel centered around checking whether people have received vaccines.

A reader e mailed us a photo and the testimony of his friend who was traveling from California to Arizona after visiting friends. The man was driving through mountains east of San Diego when he came across a roadblock.

“As I neared the border they had a checkpoint set up but not the usual stateline checkpoint,” he writes.

“As I approached I noticed armed military personnel had most of the cars pulled over and there were a lot of people going in and out of a mobile trailer. The people looked confused and some upset. Seeing what was going on made me really nervous,” the man adds.

He was then approached by a women in military fatigues who asked him where he was driving and “something about a vaccination.”

“I got scared and told her I was a state geologist doing field research and because I was doing so much driving back and forth I had my vaccine on campus. She didn’t say anything for a few seconds and then the car behind me started honking and she got pissed and waved me on. I was so scared!,” he concludes.

The truck with the green stripe seen in the image is undoubtedly a border patrol car, but a blow up of the picture shows men dressed in military cammo, not the usual single color green uniform of border patrol agents. One of the men on the left hand side of the car in front appears to be carrying a large firearm.

Whether this was just another of the sprawling internal checkpoints that are now popping up all over the country is open to debate, but the fact that vaccines were mentioned indicates that this was potentially another drill in preparation for a mass swine flu outbreak. The addition of mobile trailers and unhappy people being forced to leave their cars and undergo some form of involuntary procedure hints that this could have been something even more ominous.
